Dr. Shatha is the Chief Executive Officer in Ajlan & Bros Medical Company. As the CEO, she oversees and takes charge of implementing strategic initiatives in various healthcare industries such as in healthcare equipment & supplies, healthcare provider & services, healthcare technology, and pharmaceuticals. As the CEO of Ajlan & Bros Medical Company, she strives to carry out the organizations’ mission to localize healthcare sector to face the future challenges and ensure the national security of the Kingdom.

Dr. Shatha Abuzinada was also the Executive Director of Transformation at Health Holding Company as part of the Vision 2030 program, the largest health transformation program in the world. She and her team brought cutting edge technologies and innovations from across the globe to Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Shatha is passionate in building teams and processes and driving organizational change at large scale. She had been the Chief Organizational Development Officer (CODO) in King Saud Medical City (KSMSC), Prior to becoming the Chief Organizational Development Officer, she had been the Assistant Executive Director of Academic & Training Affairs. She also served as Head of Advanced Restorative Dentistry.

She was the National Lead for the Dental Strategy and the Telehealth Strategy Lead in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
